At Monk Cables, we’re committed to ensuring your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, including order cut-off times, coverage, carriers, and how we handle special situations.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will receive tracking information the same day, though shipments officially leave our warehouse the following business day around 12:00 PM. Orders received after 2:00PM EST are processed the next business day.
Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends or national U.S. holidays. During busy holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, our shipping partners like UPS may experience delays that are outside of our control, though we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the contiguous United States. This free shipping threshold may be adjusted in the future depending on promotions or operational needs.
Monk Cables currently ships only within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories such as Guam, American Samoa, or the Virgin Islands, and we do not offer international shipping. This allows us to focus on providing reliable and timely delivery within our current coverage area.
All of our orders are shipped using UPS, a trusted carrier known for its reliability and nationwide coverage. Standard delivery times typically range from two to six business days, depending on the shipping destination. We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of processing. Expedited shipping options such as next-day or 2-day delivery may also be available for an additional fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the exact return shipping costs charged by UPS. Customers may request an address change, but only if the tracking information has not yet been issued. Once tracking has been provided, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
Customers will receive tracking numbers via email once their order has been processed. Tracking information is generally available within a few hours after the package has shipped. This allows customers to monitor the progress of their shipment and plan accordingly for delivery.
If your package appears to be delayed, we kindly ask that you wait at least seven business days before contacting us, as shipping carriers may occasionally encounter delays. In the rare event that a package is lost by UPS, Monk Cables will ship replacement items to you at no additional cost while we handle the claims process directly with UPS.
Please note that expedited shipping fees cannot be refunded if the carrier fails to deliver on time, as this service was requested specifically by the customer.
Most orders are shipped in boxes through UPS. In rare cases where shipments are unusually large and require freight delivery, the delivery will be made to the curbside or building entrance only. Inside delivery is not included unless otherwise arranged. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, any redelivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
We do not process or ship orders on national U.S. holidays. While Monk Cables continues to process orders promptly during peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, customers should be aware that carriers like UPS may experience seasonal delays. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
