Returns & Refund

At Monk Cables, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, so we’ve outlined our return and refund process below to make it as clear and straightforward as possible.


Return Window and Eligibility


Customers may return items within 15 calendar days from the billing date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Please note that all non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a 3% bank processing fee. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs. Items that are custom-made or purchased on sale are non-returnable.

Partial returns for bulk or multi-piece orders may be considered, but each box or reel may need to be submitted as a separate return request to ensure accurate processing.


How To Initiate a Return


To begin the return process, please contact our team at sales@monkcables.com before shipping your item back. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, along with your order number. Items must be sent in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

If you cannot locate your order number, our support team can assist by verifying your purchase history through the email address used during checkout.


Return Shipping and Cost Handling 


Monk Cables does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our warehouse. We will provide the return address once your request has been approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If multiple items are being returned, please package them carefully to prevent damage during transit. Returns that arrive used, damaged, or improperly packaged may be subject to higher restocking fees, depending on the condition of the product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@monkcables.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase and, if possible, photos of the damaged or incorrect product. All items should be returned in their original packaging. 

In such cases, customers may choose either a replacement item or a full refund. If Monk Cables is responsible for the error or damage, we will cover all associated shipping costs.


Refund Processing


Once we receive your returned item, you will be notified by email. Our inspection team will review the product within 24-48 hours to determine eligibility. If the return is approved, refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days through the original payment method. 

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee for non-defective items and a 3% bank processing fee. Used, damaged, or incomplete items may incur additional deductions. 


Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund after 5–7 business days from approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times vary depending on financial institutions. If you still have not received your refund after contacting your provider, please reach out to our support team for assistance.


Exchanges


We do offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If Monk Cables is responsible for the issue, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.  If the customer is responsible, the return shipping cost may be covered by them.
