RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION POLICY
Thank you for your interest in Monk Cables. We hope you are happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise for any reason, you may return it back to us for a full refund, store a credit, or exchange. However, not all the claims are refundable. There are certain circumstances in which a refund request may not be applicable.

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) calendar days of the purchase date. Requests exceeding the limited fifteen (15) days will not be entertained. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number., place the item securely in its original packaging and attach your proof of purchase and return the item to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your returns. As it is safe & less likely to be damaged while handling. No damage will be accepted during the return.
Shipping costs are not always the same; they vary depending upon the product & area in which you live.
AUTHENTICATION OF RETURNS
Upon receipt of the item for return, our team will analyze it to check if the problem described for the return is genuine. If the reason is correct on our part, the return will be approved and processed until the next step for a refund or exchange.
However, if our team cannot prove a reason, we may deny your return request.
You will receive email notifications about every step.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds at times take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items On Sale
- Stock Clearance Products
For defective, damaged or incorrect products sent, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. We will be obliged to arrange a free-of-cost return and/or exchange of the product with an equivalent amount.
In case of any price difference of exchanged product, we will record it as credit with us or will provide a Promo Code to adjust with your next order or refund as per customer’s Choice… However, in the case of an excess amount, the customer would have to pay the difference.
- A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- A 3% Bank process fee will also be charged for all returns.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- The labels and serial numbers should be intact on the goods returning.
- The goods should be in their original packaging, unless if there is any manufacturing fault.
- The product shouldn’t have used or opened.
- The product must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any special custom-made products will not be returned.
- Goods damaged or in the state of unusable will not be acceptable upon receiving.
